2G Are 2g front upper and rear lower ball joints the same?

I already know on a 1g its the same part number. I want to know if the front upper and rear lower toe arm ball joints are interchangeable on a 2g. I believe they are separate part numbers, but according to rtm racing's website they are "suspected" to be the same, as on a 1g. My rear lower ball joints are bad and I have a set of front uppers laying around. Could someone please confirm or deny this?

Why yes they are. Changed them with the arms still on the car.
