I have energy suspension inserts in my rollstop mounts.I have stock rubber left and right engine mounts. I seem to have a lot of vibration happening around 3500 .Just wondering if I go back to stock rubber mounts will I for sure start breaking stuff and if so what stuff?
I plan on dss axles next season anyway so do I really need the poly inserts in an awd car?

Anyone else notice any big vibration at 3500 rpm or so with poly inserts?

I am running no balance shafts with fluidampr balancer. The vibration might also be more exhaust related. Hard to tell exactly.

The vibrations in my car are far worse at idle as the revs go up it all smooths out. I had my rotating assebely balanced so im sure that helped as well. I have no shafts and prothane mounts.

I run the ES poly inserts front and rear, stock mounts left and right. I'm the same, a little more vibration at idle (750rpm) and it smooths out if I just increase it to 1000rpm. I run balance shafts.

With OEM mount only you will increase the likely-hood of wheel hop, which left unchecked will start breaking parts.

Ditto. Inserts in the roll-stoppers (only); balance shafts still in there; only have issues at idle.

Given that out-of-phase balance shafts cause severe vibration starting around 3500, I would point the finger at your lack of these devices.

I will never put a balance shaft in any engine I have out of the car. The balance shaft belts do break and wipe out timing belts all too often and the balance shaft bearings sieze up.

I should have maybe balanced my engine but figured the fluidampr would be enough.
I am still not sure if I have vibration or mostly resonance vibration from the lack of a cat in my exhaust system.

Also not sure how much vibration those inserts are adding. Never had the car running without them.I have heard you can break stuff without the rollstop inserts.
