Anyone know what transmisson brent rau is using?

I'm just curious to see what trans he is using on the 4g63 motor when its turned sideways.

I'm pretty sure he runs a Magnus Dogbox.

Edit: nevermind, I think Passante has the Dogbox. I don't know about Rau.

planning on changing my gs to rwd. my buddy down the road is back halfing his but he's dropping a v8 in it but i wanna keep the dsm motor i got a built 4g63 motor i was building for the gsx but now im thinking about using it to make the gs a full dragcar

Brent is using a G-Force GF-2000 clutchless 5 speed transmission. I currently own his old G-Force GF-5R clutchless 5 speed transmission and his old adjustable clutch.

Nice okay thanks a lot, so you got his old one from last session. He said he ran it the whole session then puts a new one for the next one. Did you have to get that it rebuilt or does it run good? How long do you think the transmission goes for?

I've had the old GF-5 for 2 years now. I have yet to use it, though. It was refreshened and checked at G-Force. Some people like Brent change them periodically to make sure stuff doesn't break. When you're dropping 1400 horsepower each time you hit the clutch, things can go wrong after 3 passes, or 50 passes.
