I installed a cheap push button system off eBay and was wondering if anyone wants a write up for this LOL.

I bet the process is the same with any computerized push button system.

Ignore my weak battery LOL.

Yea. So if you look at the Nissan Altima or any new keyless entry car it's the same thing no key required and it auto starts. Basically push the button wait til it starts and go. Now this kit came with remote start and door locks but the problem is my 1.8 doesn't have that from the factory but I'm using it as a test for my talon anyways.

So in order to reverse this and not have anything perminatly hacked into the ignition wiring I went to a wrecking yard and pulled the harness that goes to the ignition switch behind the key cylinder. I then wired it up into that pigtail and then plugged it in leaving the stock wires there off to the side. Also gives it some anti theft because people will think that's the wiring for it .

In order to get around the shift lock (it's an auto) and the steering wheel lock I removed the lock and left it in the "on" position then mounted the button infront of that hole.

I'm trying to get around to doing the details but I blew a head gasket in my talon because the arp studs somehow loosened on me after 2k miles. Guess I should have checked them one more time LOL.

After I'm done with that little project I'm going to make a detailed guide on this.
