Why don't you just go to the track and find out what it runs?

how much boost do you plan on running. as far as motor wise, that can handle alot. as far as fuel wise, youre limiting yourself by using a SAFC, which cant do much more than 750's.

Can you explain why SAFC can't handle that setup? I have seen in person a couple gt35r setups that run the SAFC with huge injectors and no problems. I personally am debating on between AFC or DSMLink. I don't see why the AFC can't handle it really, and DSMLink is quite a bit more price wise but worth it really.

Just a question anyways. Ignore it if I am obviously missing soemthing.

let me tell you, go dsmlink. you will not regret it. if it takes you a few months to save for it, then do it.

When you use the Safc to compensate for larer injectors, it tricks the ecu into thinking that it's in a lower load range, that means less fuel and more timing. At a certain point the timing advance is too much and that point is usually 650's.

The guys with GT35R's and 750cc or larger injectors usualy have an eprom chip to compensate for the injectors. Then they use the Safc for the fine tuning and it works very well.

The new MAFT GEN2's I hear also work wonders for tuning. And are supposed to be better than an safc. But I'd go with DSMlink if you've got the spare cash or a laptop laying around.

well, i just finished up my engine and im waiting on the front mount and the torque converter. everyone keeps asking me, " what number should u be putting down?" or " what should u run in the 1/4 mile?" and my answer is " well, i dont know." that part bugs me. im doing this stuff to my car, and I dont have a clue. my problem is, for example, i had a perfectly fine evo 16g, i sold it and got the super 50 trim. then i realize i should get bigger injectors. so im going to. and im get that SBR race front mount, and now im going to get cams. gee, im getting cams, might as well build the head. i have a problem.but thats a different story. but trust, as soon as i break in the motor, im getting it tuned and dynoed at AMS. after that, im at the track.

im just want to see if anyone else has this setup and what they put down. so i at least have a clue.

i was thinking that too, but i might as well save up for stand alone. but right now only thing im going to be useing to tune it is, afc2, maft, and wide band. im going to get a pockter logger to get a better picture in how things are working. but this is only to tune the low throttle so i can break in the engine, after that im taking it to get dynoed and tuned.

boost im not sure. but i just want to put out as much as i can on pump gas. any idea on boost? its going to be a daily driver basically, but stored in the winter. reason being for getting the 800's is because in the future im going to be upgrading the turbo.

thank you! not bad. the cams im going to run is hks 272/272. i might just stick w/ 750's.
