I've been taking stock system and ripping the guts out of the muffler and replacing the packing with packing for motorcycles. I have ran my car on the dyno yet, but my Prelude (93 Vtech) made 10whp from that little conversion. All you need is to pull the muffler apart at the seam and then rip all the packing and baffles out and then replace it with a thin layer of dirt bike packing and then weld the seam back together. Add a hight flow cat and 3 inch tubing and you now have a stock looking and near stock sounding exhaust. I'll try to get my car on the dyno and let ya know how it works on a 2g turbo car.
