Any of you guys know a place online to study for a DMV written test besides the DMV website? Im working one getting my permit and I bombed the first test. I have the dmv drivers hand book but Its ing.

dood we dont want you on the road if you are trying to cut corners.

seriously though, read the book, learn from the manual the law wants you to abide by. take the extra time needed to understand it, it will save you in the long run from bad habits you overlooked and now will gain you tickets.

spend some extra time now to prevent wasting a lot of your time and money in the future.

what more resources do you need though, the handbook is the resource. if you "bombed" the first try on the written test, that shows you came in cocky and thinking you already fix up cars and test will be easy so you go in there hardly studying and the results show, now you want to cut corners..

i know because we were all 17 once, i believe thats how old you said you were.. what is so confusing about the handbook?

i had to renew my license and they made me retake the written portion of the test, this was just 2 weeks ago, past with only 1 wrong not even looking at the handbook prior, but i did study it well the first time around when I was 17..

again it will pay off later, just read the book.

I read the book but I also used this site to study Practice Free Online Permit Test

Just go on Google and search for written drivers test (or something to that effect). There are a bunch of links out there with info, sample questions, and practice tests.

I went with my dad to the dmv to register his car. I told him that Im going to apply for my license and he said yeah, go ahead. I didnt knew that I was already able to take it. it was unexpected and i wasnt prepared. the first test, I messed 14 out of 8 to pass. When I was finished, i grabed the hand book and the test paper, and started looking through.

Im half way done reading the book, and i want to study more online. Im online all the time, so yeah.. and I hate reading books, thats why i looking for somewhere online to study.
