anti theft question

My GST seems to have all the wiring for the factory anti theft system. Im wondering, does any one have the factory anti theft that they might want to part with or are not using anymore? Would it be as simple as plugging in the components to make it work? Or would I have to do some thing special. The car never had it. It just seems to have all the avalible relay and fuse spots open with the wires behind them. What kind of protection can one get from the factory ATS?

Not all that much, only door, hatch and hood pin switches. Nothing about broken windows. When tripped, it grounds the start circuit so the starter motor's disabled. But you do get remote lock/unlock out of the deal, if you go whole-hog.
