I have a few ?'s. im in the planning stage of turboing my 91 n/t talon. i had a few questions about doing this:

1) How much PSI of boost can a stock turbo computer handle(i plan on installing the stock 1g tsi computer) ?

2) Will i need the stock turbo fuel pump, or just the regulator?

3) how much boost can STOCK n/t internals take (replacing rightaway isnt exactly in budget) ?

4) will i need anything else other than these items? : 390cc injectors, knock sensor, turbo exhaust manifold, new exhaust system, fuel managment unit and/or stock turbo ecu, turbo throttle body, turbo itself, BOV.

if you guys can name ANYTHING, i mean ANYTHING else i am going to NEED to get this turbo installed please let me know. i really wanna do this and i dont have money to swap soo this is only option....please let me know of any other things i need. thanks .... :talon:

For your question about internals, only about 6-7psi is what your pistons can handle. Not too much, but because of the higher compression on n/t pistons, you can make just as much hp on lower boost. but any plans to boost up, you'll need at LEAST the turbo pistons.
