A fan will pull a good amount of power and should be on a relay just like a fuel pump. i would just find a 12V source that comes on when the car is on. Wire both fans to that with a 30 amp relay for safety. I would also put a switch in so that you still have control if you want, but since you have it on a switched source even if you leave it on by accident it will shut off with the car. Your call.

Perfect, that is exactly what I needed. As soon as my replacement fan comes (they sent the wrong one on accident) I will grab some relays and inline fuses. Can anyone get me a picture tho of the switched power source on a 2g? I would like to avoid messing up any wires poking around with the multimeter in search of my switched power. I will not be using a switch on this setup though. The reason I want the AC fan running all the time is because AGP turbo said that it is better to always have some air circulating around the external WG/dumptube.
