Just like bogus said! You removed balance shafts but did you port the oil filter housing? And have you measured pressure at the ofh yet?
4.5 bar in the head?

IIRC 1bar os 14.7psi

So 66.15psi in the head?

What is it at the OFH?
Should be knocking around 100psi

If it is, then the oil is moving too fast thu the bearing face.

Wow. comming from a machine shop stand point. The assymble looks extremely dirty.. should be inside in a clean envirment... and. Not just washed scrubbed.. every orrifice. Every passage scrubbed and flushed well, and dried properly.... second... did you make any attempt to prime the oil system?. Third which should be first... are you having the proper machine work done?? Line hone ? Bores ? Crank specs housing bore spec? If what I inturupted in the first post was .0045... that's a little much for any clearences besides pte. In my own opinion... you may be loosing oil pressure due to tonloose of clearences or possibly an internal leak such ad oil squirter or ballance shaft delet wothnitnifninget blocking the oil passages to them... the actual wear appears to be lack of oil but again the oil looks like it could have been very dirty at that... I think before you start anything..
You should start all over before loosing more money in the process.. pull motor doubble check all specs woth by a shop a good repyubal shop and your self doubble ck it all... then able vary clean and prim motor well and give a good 500 mile breakin period and if all is done right you should havebearings wiping out in 100 miles or so.

Just somthing I otic ed on one of my motors that had Acl bearings and after market crank.... the radious in the crank actually hit the bearing and caused clearences issues.. some times after market cranks have a big radious and wear the bearing.. but your wear doesn't indicate Tha at all

Holy lyric of unlyrical lyrics batman...

Aside from the spelling, it looks as tho you have massive contamination and poor bearing clearances. You need to scour the block and its oil passages with bottle/gun-bore brushes and ensure your clearances are much closer to spec.

This includes the crank, even if it's new, so pop the ball blocks out and clean the shiz out.

Sorry Robin LOL I can't even edit the post to try to sound better can't scroll through the edit tab with this. Back to the story at hand.
