My ESI has a heater that doesent want to work
I have checked all the fused... there all working
I took out the heater fan and hooked it up to a battery... It works
When I stuck the fuse tester in the positive of the heater fan plug and turned on the fan
no current.... sooooo... im lost, dont know what the problem is.
Also the lights come on in the control panel, so please can somebody get me in the right condition?!?!?!?

So it's just the blower not coming on at all? If so, then I'd say the switch is bad. Only course of action would be to replace the switch that regulates: Off 1 2 3 4.....Or you could rig a 12v wire to the motor with a switch in your car that would only blow full blast temporarily until you can find a switch at a junkyard.....That's all I got, hope it helps.

mine did the same thing. when i bought the car it was cold out side and the blower was on all the way home, and when i started the car up later to go drive it it wouldnt work. after going through all winter last winter with no heat i decided this year it was gonna be fixed, so i just wired it up to the battery with just an on off switch and its either on full blast or off. still better than freezing though

Another thing that goes wrong with the heater system in these cars is the resistor in the actual hvac ducting. it dissipates the heat generated by the different speed setting of the fan, usually the cermic falls apart from the wire resistor part and then they burn open. the resistor is found in the ducting right behind the glove box if i remember correctly. it has a screw or two holding it in and some gasket maker and a six wire connector. once you remove it check the resistances of the coils to see if there are any opens. hope this helps.
