aeromotive fpr wont hold pressure

i have a 1990 plymouth laser, i just installed my aeormotive fpr, i used the large heavier spring like the directions fm import evolutions advd, when i turn off the car the pressure goes right down to 0 . I did a little bit of investigating, thinking it might be the fuel pump o ring leaking. When i unhooked the line from the fuel rail that goes to the fpr inlet , i was able to blow through it. so to do 1 more test i had a buddy turn the car off while i pinched off the return fuel line fm the fpr to the tank, and the pressure stayed up at 28 psi till i let go of it and all the fuel went back into the tank.
Does anyone elses fpr leak down through the return line this fast ?

Mine does as well as others. Happened when installing only the regulator and is the problem. had no problem with the 255 and the stock regulator. I think the more expensive Areomotive regulators hold pressure better for some reason?

Mine does the same thing. But it holds pressure right at 1:1 as boost rises. I wouldn't worry about it.

I had a similar problem, but it ended up my 255 pump's o-ring had overlapped do to the previous owner letting a dumb a$$ performance shop put it in. My pressure wouldn't hold for nothing. I would set it higher and higher but yet it would still fall.

BTW that "performance" shop went out of business
