AEM Rotors, need help!

Hey guys, I just picked up a set of the AEM 12.5" rotors for dirt cheap, but the reason why is because they did not come with the brackets for the calipers. Does anyone else have a set laying around that they could get the measurements for me so I can have a set made? Also, I'm just guessing, but you will need at leasy 17's to clear these right?

I have a set that are actually off the car. I will head over to the garage in the next day or so and get you some measurements.
