london,
Hey guys, my friend asked me to find out some info on adding the front end of a 1991 plymouth laser(pop up headlights) onto his 1992 laser

Has this been done before?
He likes the style of the pop-up headlights and really wants to do this converison

Thanks
bartek

well my dad has a 91 laser sitting at the shop for scrap and the front end is good but the car was hit on the side

so that's why he wants to do the conversion
we pretty much have all the parts to do it

but is it just a bolt on application?

if you have both cars, it wont be as hard since you will be able to tell what parts need to be swapped. people usually switch from popups to regular lights, not the way your going. what you should do is park the two cars side by side and look at whats diffrent. this will give you an idea of the project ahead :thumb:

why not fix up the 91 with 92 parts since it was parted out, just swap bodys pretty much... maybe interrior stuff too, but seriously, why not rebuild the 91 than with the 92's parts plus maybe a couple extra from online???
