Act 2100 ?

i have a act 2100 PP and clutch disc, and i was just wondering why it feels completely stiff, and my friend has the same clutch and his feels like a softer push?

Bleed the system. Make sure you get all the bubbles out.

i really half assed the installation .... it was a used 2100 disc and PP, i didnt resurface the flywheel... dumb i know and im pretty sure the pedal assembly is toast.
