I've recently installed a 1g TB on my car and after switching the TPS over I used my logger to check if it was adjusted correctly, I started with .3% at idle and 94.5% at WOT (full range of the throttle plate was verified). Since I had a crappy (high) idle I barely loosened the screws and pushed on it until I had 0% at idle and 92.5% at WOT, is this OK or do I need to be looking into why I can't get a higher TPS reading.

What is generally accepted as acceptable ranges from the TPS output?

0% and 92.5% is fine.

I didn't change to a 1g TPS, I changed to a 1g TB and had to put my 2g TPS on it because 1g TBs have a different TPS which does not include a throttle stop switch.

The ecu sees WOT as anything above a given %, but I'm not sure what that level is, according to sb7775 it is less than 92.5% but I was curious what that level was. I'll just assume that the level is the same in an evo8 ecu for now but if I'm close then I'll check on evolutionm and adjust the cutoff point if necessary.
