Ok so I just went out and bought a nice A/F ratio gauge now my only question which wire do i splice into for the oxygen senson and where do I do it. The instructions say not to do in between the O2 sensor and its connection, it says to do it by the ECU. Can anyone help me out here. Pics would help greatly if anyone has some.

Well they are good for tunung your car. Why else would you get one. You could probably use one seein how u run a 13.9 in an awd turbo. Its all about the tune

You can't use them to tune your car, do some research on how a narrowband O2 sensor works and you'll figure it out.

Well you can sort of tune your car with it, not like full blown tuning, but a baseline you can adjust your AFPR until you get close to the a/f r you want then fine tune with your logger.

No you can't.

Im pretty sure you can seeing how i've done it on my trans am.

you cant bro, as bad as it sounds. Narrowband A/f is lightshow for sure. You need a wideband like AEM that connects to your o2 and its not 20-30 bucks like narrowband. I did some tuning at AMS and thats what people use to tune their cars AEM WIDEBAND about 300$ , do some research. and dont argue with wiseman LOL :D :D it made my day
So you tuned a 10.20 car with a narrowband? Whats your secret?

Should have said that I am using a wideband SORRY.

Its a faze gauge and its an innovative motorsports wideband system

Ok then we're back where we started, it won't work. You have a wideband O2 sensor that outputs 0-5 volts, the Innovate unit can simulate the stock narrowband sensor and output 0-1 volts.

Your Faze guage takes a narrowband 0-1v signal, so you can hook it up to the stock O2 sensor or to the simulated narrowband output of the Innovate unit.

Either way the Faze A/F gauge can only read the narrowband sensor and not the wideband sensor. Back to my original post, learn how a narrowband O2 sensor works and you'll see why you can't use it to tune.

You're only other option is to get the Innovate XD-16 gauge and wire it to the Innovate wideband controller

ok, i see, i have the xd-16 gauge it came with the wide band package i just bought the faze because it looked better. So just install the xd-16 and use that.
