96 gst rearview mirror mount

Just wondering if anyone can help me figure out how to mount my rear view mirror? Bought the car with it off and it’s missing some hardware so I’m just looking to see how it’s supposed to be mounted and find a way to replicate it.

There is a metal tab that is epoxied/glued to windshield and you mirror slide over it from top down over top and clicks into place
