Howell's got the best complete kit I think, but the time they take around this time of the year to ship anything for us is what can put someone off.

What you might do is go to their website and see if you can't get the same parts of their kit from different places...then price it out to see how much more/less it would be....then decide if its worth it to wait for them to assemble the parts or for u to get em yourself.

Your performance goals are a big part of what determines the components you buy for your rebuild. What are your goals? Just going with the usual, "bigger is better" philosophy?

Unless you plan on making more than 600hp, I would ditch the Crower rods for a set of Eagles. Should save you around $200. What CR you looking to run and why?

More information is required.

Main reason for rebuild is the high miles and stock internals its the next step before I worry about bolting on turbo or worring about fuel pump etc...

Since I am going to rebuild it I might as well put back better parts so that I have a stronger base to add on to.

Id like to hit 350 or so with the engine rebuild and then work up from there. I could get more from mroe extreme mods but I dont have a machine shop in the basement =)

350 from the rebuild AND A TURBO SYSTEM, right? Otherwise, you're dreamin', kid. D-R-E-A-M-I-N'. OMG

Doing a performance rebuild is serious business. I don't think I need to remind you that, you will not get more for the car at trade in for a built engine, so be certain you want to hang onto the car for a looooong time before you do this. Otherwise, you might be better selling it now and getting that turbo car. (Did I just say that? OH SHIT! Haha. 2GNTers are not idiots.)

Fully built NA, you're looking at about 160whp tops without seriuos tuning. Please clarify.
