so far the car is giving you issues but want car doesnt. Once you done youo going to have a nice fast dsm!!!

Car is off to have the tranny rebuilt and clutch installed. Will be getting a Stage 2 transmission rebuilt (similar to a stage 2 Sheps tranmission) with double syncros in 1,2,3, and 4th gear, new hub and sliders, new bearings, new shift forks, new shift pins, and new seals. Should hold 450whp with 0 issues.

I think I already mentioned it but, I ended up buying a XTD stage 4 unsprung 6 puck clutch and ACT streetlight flywheel.

On another note, I locally found a complete Nylon Fuel Line setup with a sending unit that had a AN fitting already welded on. Got lucky for once in my life :)

Got really lucky today A guy locally was selling a complete sending unit to fuel rail kit for ONLY 100$! I got the sending unit in amazing condition with a -6AN fitting bolted on, SS braided line for sending unit to Fuel rail including all the AN fittings I need, Earls 10 Micron in-line fuel filter, and a 1G fuel rail. Talk about luck.

Here are some pics of the setup. I am not to sure if I like where the AN fitting is on the fuel sending unit. It is bolted on and their is JB weld on top to block out any fumes which im sure is fine but, the AN fitting looks to close to the oem lines. Also the 90* elbow should be facing the other way and should go over the oem lines.

I got the car back today with a fresh built tranny and new clutch. All I can say is WOW. It feels like a different car and it shifts like butter. I cant wait till after I break in the clutch :)

Clutch is finally broken in and I flushed the Transmission fluid with Red Line MT90. Gave it a couple rips today and its feeling really good :).

I took this Friday off to make it a 4 day weekend and I will be installing the new fuel system. Only thing that sucks is that the Fuel sending unit I bought last week wont work for various reasons so I will just be modifying the existing unit in the car. I will try to take a bunch of photos before and after the install.

Over the weekend I worked on the new fuel setup. So far I cleaned up all the rust on the sending unit and TIG welded on a SS -6 AN fitting on the top. I also got the -6AN Fuel lines from the fuel rail to the sending unit all hooked up.

Only issue I ran into was that the old pump was completely different than the new 255hp Walbro and the pigtail connectors where different. I just ordered a brand new pigtail connector from Extreme PSI along with the Walbro Install kit since the one I bought never came with it :ohdamn:. It should be arriving tomorrow hopefully.

I also ordered the STM Fuel Pump Re-wire kit so hopefully that will come before my re-tune on Saturday.

Here are some pics of the process. I forgot to take pics underneath the car where I mounted the Lines but I will try to snap some pics tonight.

Here is what it looked like before touching anything.

Old pump on the left, new pump on the right. previous owner said that the fuel pump on the left is a 10 year old Walbro 255hp but I couldnt find the model number.

All done except I had to pull everything apart again :/. All those scratched on the fitting are because I bought the line used. Don't judge me LOL

Haven't posted in a little while since I have been so busy with the car. I finally got the car tuned and all set for the track. Final Numbers were 308whp and 345tq. These numbers were on the last pull of the dyno so, the car was extremely hot after 20+ pulls. Id imagine that i would gave a few HP if I went back when it was cooled.

I got out to Lebanon Valley Dragway yesterday to see what times I could pull off. My best time was 12.8 @105mph and a 1.753 60ft and this was on hankook all season street tires. I think I could definitely go into the mid 12's on street tires once I activate NLTS. I was losing a massive amount of time shifting, more than any other car I have ever driven.

Here is a video of the pass:
