I have had many projects in my mind about my show car..
I have a non turbo 91 Talon tricked out and all that like fast and the furious.. (check my gallery for pics could not post on thread)
But i cant decide what to do next... So I'm going to let the DSM family help me...

Should I #1... Install custom GTFactory 90*degree lambo door kit on my 1g..

Or #2... Make my n/t a turbo car. By bolting on a 14b turbo, & all the turbo parts.

Or #3... Just for fun, install a wet NOS stystem and run a 50-75 shot.

I already have modified my car alot, makeing it the rare'st 1g in the west coast, and these are my next options... I can really only do one of these projects due to funds:toobad: evan though I want them all,( and will have them:rocks: )
So what should I do?
Go all show?
Or start the Show and Go?
Time for your votes................................

i'd get the turbo :) (unless you can get money for your showcar and make some extra profit from your nice looking lambo doors..then buy your turbo :sneaky: )

As much as I was wanting to hate your riced out car it does look good. I can't tell you what to do because it is your car. If it was me I would go performance but then again I hate show cars. They are not my cup of tea because I believe cars and trucks were designed for a purpose and that is to be driven and driven hard. Thats just me and I don't expect other people to feel the same way. The only advice I can give you is to do what you won't and not try to please other people. Some will like it some want but as long as you are happy it will be all good.

Not to be a jerk but +1 bolt on parts does not make it rare.

Honestly I say sell it and buy a 1G or 2G AWD. Or save your money and use that one for show and buy a Turbo DSM.

and go turbo :sneaky:

Im just curious

Personally, the first thing I would do is take that metal park bench spoiler off your stock spoiler. :thumb:

I would just buy the lambo doors.

If it was me i would not go with the NOS. Not worth it at this point, there is not really a need for the nitrous when there are still a lot of bolt on engine mods you coudl do first. I would say either turbo or lambos, but dont get the 90 degree ones because they are a pain to get in the car. Think about this, what are you going to grab to pull the door down when you are sitting in the seat? You cant reach the arm rest or door handle because they are way out over your fender. I make vertical doors and i can tell you, 75 degrees is the most efficient, because they give you plenty of clearance to get in and out of the doors, and also they are easily shut while you are sitting in your seat. Just a suggestion.

Go turbo, then lambo, then upgrade turbo LOL. Nitrous is actually very cost-effective for NA cars, but our cars respond well to turbo upgrades which cost about the same and will give you more power and the ability to have even more power with proper upgrades (fuel, tuning) Nitrous on dsms are typically used only in the very high horsepower ranges to complement a big turbo in spooling it up. So go turbo.

Sk8shorty01 I hear you constantly talking about your lambo system. Do you have any customers on dsmtuners with a 2g dsm that is using one of them? No matter what you say, it is very hard for us to wholeheartedly try something that you only claim. (giving constructive criticism, not against you). Maybe get one of your customers to post up on this site with reviews, many pictures, and installation instructions. That would probably help your reputation a lot instead of just singing the praise in your own posts. (only some of em you do, not saying you are blatantly). If you dont have any customers willing to do that, or have any (2g AND 1g) customers (yet) then maybe you should consider "sponsoring" a dsmer on this site that will do reviews, pictures, and also advertise for your company. Many dsmers would be more likely to buy a product that they have seen or heard compliments about than just the owner talking about his own product. For a vertical kit especially because fitment problems are KNOWN to be bad on a lot of kits, I would personally have to see one or install one on a friend's to consider buying it. Also make sure that person that you sponsor is a reliable person and will represent your company well. No offense, but most of this forum would not take a riced-out eclipse owner's advice on which parts work best. I know I dont trust most of the guys on here that post with body kits and neons and everything (there are exceptions). Anyways just trying to make a helpful suggestion as ive looked at your kits but there is no way I would send money your way not ever hearing a review or seeing one from your company.

I would say Lambo since your car is primarily a show car. Putting a turbo on a NT isn't the best thing for your engine and I think will only hinder your efforts at making a show car. With a show car you need to worry about how it looks first, then performance.

P.S. add more pictures of your car. I would like to see what you did to the back and interior!

Well thanks and big ups. to most of the DSM's that dont have a honda stuck up there butt, and have to playa hate or something....
If you look at my profile a little closer U will see I also own a 1g AWD Turbo that has been upgraded, now I have extra turbo parts to put on my show car...
Also I consider my car to be the rare'st around in the west due to all the modifications I have done to make the car so personal, and winning trophys for it and big show's in Vegas and Cali.... I would like to see the day that someone out there around the west has a 1g as clean as this one, and love it as much elbow grease as I do.. And dont worry cause the second 1g is on the way to fast as hell and a little show to support it...

This forum topic was just to see what other people would like to do, if they had these options to trick out or make there car fast...

Go with the lambo doors and see if you win more car show contests. If you win, use the money to keep upgrading your other car or the other things you want to put on this show stopper.

If you already have a "Go" car, keep this one show. :thumb: Otherwise you might end up damaging it.

Then maybe throw the extra turbo on it for looks and just never boost high ;) Should be cheap to do if you have the parts lying around.

See that is what i was thinking..
A turbo in a n/t 1g car w/ a bodykit at a show.....!!!!OMG WOW

Oh Snap...!....I hear what you are saying, but he didn't say hey buy my kit I know whats best and I make "uber sw33t lambo DoOrs" He just said from his experience, which doesnt have anything to do with the quality of his product, that he prefers the 75 degree over the 90 degree. As for D_Eclipses's argument hes right you always go around saying "our company this and we have that".....its all good, but I would take his advise on the whole sponsor some one to run the kit deal. Have them get pictures and make a review of them. I think you guys can afford one kit for the sake of getting 10+ more buyers. Good luck to everyone in this thread ! :dsm:

Anyone else see Lambo doors as a safety hazard for a street car? What if it rolls onto the roof? You're stuck kicking the glass out... if you can. Of course, you may not be able to open regular doors in a roll-over but there is No way you could open lambo's in that situation.

Just my paranoid .02 ;)

Of course for a show car it doesn't matter...

Yea you should sponsor me. I have been looking for lambo doors for years, and i'm just the right guy to go to show's and advertise. I NEED SPONSORSHIP.......

I was looking at your photos again and just a thought, but it looks like some fender flares would be a nice touch. The curvature around your front wheels is uneven with the aftermarket bumper. If you fit the fender flares right you could smooth out that curvature and poke the tires out a little bit to add to the agressive look. :thumb:

Thanks for the input, but that is just the picture, It was a instant camera that sucks.
Dont think I would put any fender flares on to cover the custom Z3 combat fenders.
I had everything proffesionaly lined up and installed by a guy that does custom car fabercation... Will post more pics when possible...
