2G 60 on TB elbow

Doing boost leak testing this week, i happened to notice my elbow has 60 on it. Its my assumption i have a stock 2g intake mani and TB. Can anyone confirm the 60 on this elbow would mean its a 60mm elbow? If it is, I assume this isnt good to match up with a 52mm TB and mani if thats what i actually have.
By the way i have a leak in just about every place you would imagine and feel that this will never end...

Took off the elbow, both the elbow and inside of my TB reads 53mm.
Im currently looking for a EVO 3 IM and 1g TB to upgrade to. My question is would i swap out elbows to a 60mm to match the 1g TB?

It seems odd that the 1g TB is 60mm, but the elbow that came stock is smaller?
