in your driver door, when does the sticker say it was manufactured??

If is was up til june of 92 (6/92) then it is a 6 bolt, but if it is after june of 92, then it is a 7 bolt.
 
I have a 1992 GST and mine says manufactured in July 1991. However I have a 6bolt oil pan. :confused:
 
sorry, i just noticed u said u have MOTOR....well, look at the flywheel or where the rear main seal would go if the flywheel is off.....are there 6 holes or 7 holes that you would thred bolts into?? 6 is a 6 bolt, 7 is a 7 bolt....hope this helps.

You have a 6 bolt then, it was made before june of 92
 
Y did they start making 7 bolts in the first place? the 6 bolt was just fine. Isnt the evo a 7 bolt motor?

What's the difference betwen a 6 bolt and 7 bolt oil pan ?
