I've posted about this problem before, but it's been about 6 months and 3 mechanics since my car quit, and still no luck. The car turns over, but won't fire. If I crank it for a few seconds, then get under the rear of the car and unplug the fuel pump, then get back in and try to start it again it starts, runs for a few seconds, and dies. However, if I can get it to start like this, then run back and climb under and plug the fuel pump back in before it dies, the car will keep running fine. Now for the weird part, at this point, I can give it all the gas I want, and it runs just fine, however if the car moves at all, it dies, even in neuteral with someone pushing me. I've replaced or tested the following, replaced: spark plugs, wires, distributer cap, rotor, ECU, injectors, and fuel filter. I also tested the distributer, fuel relay, and timing belt. The fuel pump comes on, and pumps fuel(the return line spits out plenty of gas), but I've heard that the fuel presure must be very specific, so is it possible that my fuel pump works, just not well enough? But then why would it start at all? I'm really out of ideas of what to do, and so are all three mechanics who've worked on it for me, I'm beginning to think I may have to just unload this car, but if anyone has any ideas of things I can check, that would be great. Thanks everybody.
