My friend is building a stroker with this setup and we are concerned with the oil squirters. Is there enough clearance? We assembled the bottom end hand tight, with very little space to spare, hand turned it and are curious about clearances once everything is torqued. Sorry if this has been covered before but I couldn't find any info on the VFAQ site. If anyone has any info at all please respond I don't want my friend to destroy this motor on start-up. We know we have to notch the block, but we're unsure of that also. He bought WISECO 8:8:1, AND MANLEY RODS, CLEVITE bearings and alot of other expensive junk. PLEASE HELP , as you can see I definately don't want screw this motor up. THANKS FOR ANY HELP POSSIBLE. Also the block has been bored .20 over, I don't know if this is relevant. :dsm: :thumb:

Get a telescoping gauges and learn how to use them and you will know if your clearence is ok

off topic, but he did get the proper stroker pistons, right?
