4" MAF adapter

I've been looking all over ebay and searching the forums, I can't find anything on a 4" MAF intake adapter. I can find 3.5" and 4.5", but not 4". Has anybody had a fix to this issue yet?

I've never been able to find a 4" adapter, just 4.5" and 3.5". I searched for a long time because I bought a new k&n filter that has a 4" opening. I ended up getting a Jew filter and a 4.5" adapter.

It was vehicle specific, on the box it specified that it was for Mitsubishi MAF sensors. It was sitting with the spectre or whatever there called filters.
