35mm tial wastegate what is the circle little ring for?

valve seat ring...goes in the bottom of the wastegate, just push it in there and it will press into place when u tighten wastegate down to manifold

what it does is seals off the camber so that you vacuum line pressure well compress the spring inside the waste gate once it opens it allows the exhaust gasses to escape without flowing threw the turbine fins.
