3000GT IAC

i have a 94 3000gt (i would post on 3si but there's been something wrong with there registration going on 3 months now) and everytime its cold it cranks and then just dies so ive figured out it doesnt like to idle. so i just hold it at like 2,000rpm for 10 seconds every morning and let it warm up for like 5 minutes and im good to go. but if i dont have time to let it warm up its the most annoying thing everytime the clutch goes in it just dies. so from posts that i couldnt reply to cause 3si is being awesome ive narrowed it down to the iac and from what ive read the 4g63 and the 6g72 use the same IAC. i dont know is this accurate?

also i want another dsm if anyone wants to trade your allwheel for my 3000 let me know. i didnt post in here for that i posted for the iac but ive been trying to get an allwheel for like 4yrs so just putting it out there

I'm not sure if S/GT's have an FIAV (fast idle air valve). If they do, I'd also check this. On DSM's, it's right on the throttle body and allows coolant to circulate through it when the engine is cold. It also controls idle when the engine is cold.
