2gA Talon to 2gA Eclipse rear bumper questions

Ok, so I did this without doing enough homework obviously....

When i had asked about the 2gA eclipse conversion I had always been told "yeah it fits on , you have to do a little rewiring and get new taillights but you are good to go....

soooo, not the case it seems....

"The Bracket"

After searching Tuners it has become obvious (aside from the obviousness of my bumper sagging a good 2in under the tail lights) that I need some kind of "bracket" to fix the rear bumper cover flush with the eclipse tail lights...

After doing tons of wiring and spending a good 2 hours trying to get it put back together I am utterly saddened by this crap.

Where can I find this magical bracket that I need? Does anyone have a link to install guide/pics of this on a talon to an eclipse rear? I tried searching and the most I can get are posts confirming "yes you need a bracket"

I would appreciate ANY help, as I dont feel very confident driving around like this, so im kind of stuck without a car at the moment and the wife is about to murder me in the face....

Just went and snapped this from my cell phone so it's not the best quality. But there is a bracket like this under both tails and the center section.

thanks alot so its mounted just under the light well? that shouldnt be too bad, im going to drive to lowes and see if i can find anything close, i had to take the tires off and try to crawl underneath it to get the bumper on enough to hold for a short drive.

question, how the HELL do you get that horizontal bolt in on the fender well? i cant come up with any tool/angle to get up under there......im totally dumbfounded.

Dont you just cut your brackets off and move them to where you need them and reweld them on? Im about to do this to my spyder but in reverse.

Yeah It's pretty much flush with the bottom of the light well, I'm sure a custom bracket wouldn't be that tough. As for the bolt I don't know which one you're talking about.
