Hey guys if someone could point me towards a not too overly priced rebuild kit for automatic GS tranny thatd be helpful. Not looking for a performance kit or anything of the such. thanks guys.

Here's a site that should get you pointed in the right direction: www.wittrans.com I have ordered from them before to fix a pos ford transmission and the rebuild had everything I needed minus the parts separate from a rebuild. Go to this link for your specific transmission: https://www.wittrans.com/parts?type=A604 (40TE/41TE) My dsm service manual pdf on my phone lists your trans code as F3AC1, but the site lists it as something else, but it should still be worth a look.
