Anyone have any links to a factory 2G manual? All the links I hit came up dead....

It shouldn't be that long. The download key is good for 18hrs or 10 downloads which ever is first.

These are not the "true" full manuals, just the back-ups. The ones I used to have were like a couple hundred pages not 50 - 60 pages.

Any other ideas?

Some of them are several hundred pages long. Depending on the manual that you looked at. The chassis and body one is 2100+ pages long. The electrical one is 500+ pages long.
