2g Do FWD and AWD use the same front shocks?

Yeah my AWD shocks are blowen and i replaced the backs from my wrecked N/T and worked fine so will the fronts work as well? Cause it shows on like autozone.com it says there not the same for FWD and AWD but rockauto has them both as the same

Both KYB and Monroe show that the AWD and FWD use the same front struts. Hell that would be more than enough to convince me to use them. Start swapping.

When you say spring rate, do you mean the weight differences or supported weight they can handle. I would like to know specifics please ?
