2g Car stuttering problem

Okay hope someone can shed some light on my problem(s)

Put 6bolt in, new plugs (0.28) wires

gas was over a year old, so put 4 gallons of 110 octane init to help bring it back to life..

injectors and rail was sitting in the car for some time without hood so maybe injectors are dirty? but when i touch the gas im hearing ticking like the fuel injectors not lifter tick..

car runs okay 1st gear, going into second stutters till it wants to build boost. But my problem is i think im building boost way to fast and it stops pulling 1/2 way in... what i mean by that is on the 14b im pulling at like 2k-3K and no more with a like whining noise....

put new plugs in seemed to want to pull a little better but still stopped pulling... and well 3rd, 4th and 5th just driving around is terrible car just spits and sputters.. car most be running i think lean, plugs are white on bottom. i dont know what to do about that...

I just wired in 02 sensor seemed to help, i did what the thread told me on tuners about the 02 sensor..

I have not done the injector swap but that shouldnt keep my car from being able to be driven. I also havent got my boost guage hooked up because i cant find the small line for it and dont know were to buy it.

So basically i need some things to do. I will do a boost leak test when i hook my guage up to see what my vacuum is. I know nothing about the CAS, i just play with it all the time.. car kinda is idleing high, but when i move cas sometimes idles down till on throttle or wants to die so ya.. im sorry for being so lost but i am still just learning and dont have friends that know anything about engines either so im stuck learning as i go.
