2G 6bolt Swap Idle Problems

I have a 98 GSX with a 6 bolt swap and have recently had boost, misfire and idle issues. When I had unplugged my IAC a couple days ago my boost and misfire issues went away so I figured it was that. Replaced the IAC plugged it back in and now it does cut out on boost or miss but I had the typical idle surge again bouncing from 1200-1500. I went out to adjust my TPS according to http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/newbie-forum/324431-how-adjust-throttle-position-sensor-tps.html and I after did that properly my idle starts out low at about 500 rpms then rises all the way to 2000 rpms and my BISS is all the way in so I'm confused where to go from here.

Filling out your profile is a good thing to do.
Have you done a boost leak test?
When I did a 6 bolt 2g swap I used ECMLink to uncheck cylinder misfire.
Your biss screw is used to set your iac. What's nice about ECMLink is that you can view your iscposition and use your biss screw to get it too 30.
