SPEED of course. You'll never see any really good racing on the major Networks. The F1-Grand Pr ix isn't even important enough... I don't get it WTF

My car in GT2---would that be cool or what? To see a DSM running LE MANS :thumb: Now there's a reason to put the program on NBC :rocks: :rocks:

Or it would even be cool to see a DSM in the speed world challenge. Or any race series that has TV coverage.

CBS is showing a few this year, but they don't show the driver's interviews after. A complete waste.
US Grand Prix at Indy on SPEEDTV this morning, too.

Now that lemans is over, we got a choice of 3 races. US Grand Prix, GI-Joes champ car race of portland, and NASCAR.

I'll pick the champ car race. The grand Prix is a disaster with only 6 cars starting the race. There were tire issues and Michelin didn't have the correct tires for the conditions OR the teams didn't ask for the correct tires OR I don't know.

All I do know is that the fans are very wrestless, throwing things on the track etc.

Never fu(king mind.

Gosh, why doesn't anyone in the U.S. care about Formula One?

Idiots. Just plain idiots. :toobad:

Hey (D) I'm an avid GP fan. I get up at 4:30 in the morning to watch the races, but when only 6 cars start that's seems to be a pretty good slap in the face to the American Fan.

Don't ya think.

Bernie or Michelin, or the teams, should be more on top of things than that.

Edit: I do not however, advocate throwing things on the track, booing the drivers that raced, etc.

Ahh darn, Audi won. Hey greg, i dont see your car on the results page. Are you too fast that timing and scoring cant pick you up or what?

I love F1 ..too bad michelin screwed up and their teams basically boycotted the race. What a bunch of cry babies. One of the main reason's Ferrari has had issues this yr was because they did not have enough test data on their tires from Bridgeston.

As for the 24hrs, what happened to the Aston Martin's? When I went to bed last night at 3am CST, they were running 1 and 3...i'm guessing mechanical issues like the courage ford that was leading the prototype 2 class?

I did notice a "Turbo by Garrett" sticker on one of the cars. I wonder if the new Ford GT will compete next year.

I was up around 4:30am or so and the Aston that was leading class was, in, with it looked like, overheating. Anyway it was losing fluid of some kind. Imagine that a British car leaking fluids. LOL!

It was good for the Vette's, never the less.
