2nd Annual Carolina DSM/EVO Meet open to all Mits in the southeast
(cruise, Drag, & amusement fun)
The Official dates are March 23, 24th & 25th 2012 in Charlotte, N.C.
March 23rd 7pm Friday evening cruise in with a mini swap meet for those who want to participate @ Buffalo Wild Wings in Matthews across from the hotels.
Sat. March 24th 9am meet @ Cracker Barrel on Bruton Smith Blvd in Concord for breakfast, after breakfast head in Zmax Dragway 11am - 4pm
4:15 hand out cash award for fastest cars. $300 Giftcard for 1st, $150 for 2nd, $75 for 3rd sponsored by S&M Autoparts(specializing in used DSM auto parts).
4:30pm we take a cruise around Charlotte we'll start @ N. Tryon (Hwy 49) south to 485 take 485 inner loop towards Columbia continue on 485 we'll get off on the Charlotte Douglas Airport exit take a photo shoot @ the overlook area (free)with the airport & Charlotte skyline in the background. will make exceptional pictures.
6pm after the photo shoot & cruise we will head north on I85 exit Harris Blvd exit 45A make first right on Jay Clay Blvd where stop @ Bikinis Bar & Grill & for those wondering if it's family safe they only wear bikini tops with jean shorts. If you don't want to eat there there's a Tgi Friday's & Chili's next door. As for night-time fun you have your choices throughout Uptown Charlotte, Epic center, NC Music Factory, Bar, etc...
Sun. March 25th
10am - Golden Corral South Blvd Charlotte off I485 Pineville area 5 minutes from Carowinds.
11am -leave & drive to Carowinds off exit 90 I77 south in the Wendy's parking lot go in have some fun & call it a meet. Everyone drive home safe & we'll do it again in 2013.
Need confirmation on those people who plan on staying overnight so we have enough rooms by Jan 10th 2012
