1Ga license plate lights

These stupid license plate lights have completely rusted out and now they're banging around all the time. Is there an easy way to fix this besides cutting them out or taking off the whole bumper?

There should be two bolts behind the rear licence plate. Just undo those bolts and take the light bracket out. I had to replace mine awhile back also.

Yup get a new bracket from the dealer, Ran me like 25$ or so. But its better than getting pulled over.
