1g tail light black out help

ive seen pics of guys with blacked out tails, i was just wondering i to do this? what products to use..etc.

It comes in spray paint, they sell them in auto parts stores, its made just for lights so its see through, dont use regular spray paint. I did the yellow part on my tail lights black.
