1G Tach Issue

I have a 94 talon tsi awd manual transmisson with a jdm 6 bolt swap, also the cluster is in km not mph. My tach isn't working and I dont know how to fix it. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the tach signal, or know what the problem is. Everything on the cluster works but not the tach. Also there are no cel. In info or diagrams would be greatly apprieciated.

I have seen many guys come across with this one. Here is something that might just benefit you. Keep in mind that the year differences may not be an issue, but the problem can be the same. Besides it is in the 1G family tree.
