1G OEM Decal Questions

My car is a 1990 Red Talon TSI (AWD) with the black top/hatch and spoiler. My question is... whyat color do I get the OEM decals... for example the decal that says TSI in the back comes in several different colors (backgrounds)...

Which is the color scheme I should have on my car? I am thinking it has to be one of the ones in Bold... but i am not sure and would like to know the exact one that the car came with.

I am guessing the background for the Eagle and Talon and TSI logos in the back should be Black as that little slip on top of the bumper is black... and the side decals that say 16V DOHC Turbo All Wheel Drive sould have a red background and the letters being Quartz?

What color is Quartz anyway... or should the letters be black? Is Quartz white? I think I remember seeing those letters being kind of whiteish before the car was painted.

What color are the letters of the back decals (the one that says Eagle, Talon and TSI)? Are they black also?

The bodyshop stated that the lip that those stickers goes on would be very hard to paint it black like the top without having to rely on tape and possibly not being perfect... so they painted it red.... are trhey BSing me or are they right in that its not an easy job to get it perfect? Since its now Red I will get the decals with background for that in Red whereas they used to be with a Black Background...

I'm guessing if thats the case I should get red background for those decals too along with black letters?

Im pretty sure quartz is silver. Here a link to mine. Hope it helps btw The ones on the sides are red background and black letters.

Any GOOD body shop should have been able to paint it. Thats there job,but now that its done you could either still try to go w/ the stock look and use silver letters on the back. Or just go with black letters like the sides. Either way I think it will look good.

The diagram in the Parts Manual that the Dealer has shows a decal that says "TUBRO INTERCOOLER" and goes on the fenders between the front wheel and the doors. Do Talon have that decal or is that for LASER's? Never seen a TALON with those decals.

Im not sure,but Im sure if you call the dealership and give them your VIN they could tell ya
