After rebuilding the motor my car has been sitting for about 8 months. I finally get it back together and something strange is going on.
Keep in mind. I just replaced the.MPI, CAS. And knock sensor.
At first all I was getting when I turned the key over was a click. So I tried to switch the wiring around on the engine bay. Now all I have to do is turn the key to the on position and the car turns over. I pull out the key and it continues for about 5 seconds, and then it decides to quit.
My boost gauge stays at zero and my CEL turns off after 5 seconds but my "coil pack" has no spark. Im not sure what has happened here but everything worked fine before the rebuild. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
