1g leather interior

just pondering here.........how can I tell if my black leather is original with my car, if anyone as any idea on how i can tell it would be greatly appreciated. . Thanks in advance for any replies.

i may be wrong on this, but on alot of cars on the vehicle id tag (also lists paint code) they have codes for interior trim. dont know which each code means...but someone might be able to figure it out. also when i had my interior door panels off, there was a tag on one with all the interior info, although that wouldnt help if everything was swapped to your car.

I was curious about this also. I have a 92 Talon and it has Tan leather interior. Was also curious how common the leather was and if it came from factory like this.

I'm pretty sure that's true on most cars. I know there was a tag on my door too with my interior info on it.
