1G headlight intake idea

I was going back and forth with the intake options for awhile. Either this idea or the true cold air to the passenger bumper inlet. I had already mounted the trans cooler in that area but still the efficiency just made sense. Made sense until I realized i didn’t want to relocate the cooler to the rear and not have enough airflow even with a fan.
This is what I think will work. 10x4x4 duct. Fits perfectly in that area with the Extreme PSI intake and I do mean perfectly. It stops where the angle changes behind the headlights on the 1G. What do you all think about this? Any issues using something like this?
