Hey Guys!!
Been a long time owner of Eclipses.

Going on prob 8 years or so. Over about 8 cars even had a 350 in one LOL!!!! Story for another day!!!!

After a long time I have not touch my car. Here is what it has....
Basic 6 Bolt, 2 G pistions, ARPs, 1G head Ported, Big 16G, FMIC I think 2.25 IC pipe
Running 18 PSI, "Almost" sure with a walbro 255lph and 450
Last Dyno was 299 HP with an emanage Ult. Ran great too

Now here is my prb. Car feels like a hit a rev limiter anytime it gets in boost (pegs full rich (NB)). Seems like an ign prob to me.
Any input on this???
Long Story Short heres what I want to know....
Determine my IC eff, Injector size with a IDC of around 70%, And what fuel pressure I need to run.
What I am looking for is around 300 to 350 Hp on pump gas.
Oh, also since this is a piggy back system I want to be able to limp home if something goes wrong. I dont wanna see 2.80 drain out the exhaust......
 
Boost leak test? And check turbo for shaft play. Also so you have a stock or afpr installed? Running a 255 and a 450 it sounds like on a stock fpr will for sure kill it fast and screw you up. Fuel pressure should be 43.5.
 
No Boost leaks.
Turbo is great.
Yes, FP is around 50 however I can adjust the injectors for that. Really I am running a FPR from a 1.8 motor.
If I am thinking right the FP is higher on that motor.. Prob why it is high..
I can't run it now I am pulling the motor to reseal some oil leaks.. But thats very close to the pressure I run. Volume I really dont know.
 
A 255 will over run a stock fpr on its own. But you got a 450 as well. All that for a 16g? Think you might take the award for overkill.
 
I haven't heard anyone speak of the Greddy E-Manage in forever! Didn't think anyone would ever use it either. Can you log anything, even if its rudimentary with TMOlog for knock and airflow in Hz, etc ? Are you still on 1g maf ?
