He's a 2gen the free software is this but you will have to buy the adaptor for about 92 bucks mmcd wont work for ya 2gen.

Considering both the title and the post say he looking for 1G datalogger software I figured that's what he was looking for. As far as the cable, just do a search here on logger cable and my ID, you'll find the circuit diagrams for passive 1G cables vs the active circuit on the MMCd site.
