1g bov comes stock on nissan GTR?

Thank you, I feel like I'm being attacked here. I seen where I was wrong and admitted to it as soon as someone told me the correct info but yet people still find the need to argue and it doesn't even make sense. So basically the R35 GTR is a Skyline but is the performance platform (R32,33,34,35) where as the G35/G37 is the luxury line? Do I have this correct or am I still misunderstanding?

No you were right the first time. The new gtr is just that a GTR and NOT a skyline.

...but it would be the same thing as if the Evo X name dropped the Evo and was just named the X when it came out. Its still an Evo....sorta.


There are quite a few Skyline models..Even 4 door non turbo models.

The Gt-r cant be a skyline even tho its just a name, for the simple fact the Gt-r isnt an inline 6.

But then again neither is the skyline in japan. (G35)

This is what I thought but I really didn't feel like arguing over the internet or on DSMtuners and figured I'd just give in. I try not to make a bad name for myself on here since it's the most useful site on the net for me. I love skylines and g35s and the GT-R. All I do is read drive and breath cars...I know boring life huh.

But it still says Evolution on it. The new GTR does not say Skyline anywhere on the car. There are a few that drive around here in Modesto and I went to the Nissan dealership and looked at one just for fun.

I've been working at nissan for almost 2 years now, i have noticed nissans use ALOT of mitsubishi parts. I have noticed that alot of solenoids are manufactured by mitsubishi. Since im the only guy at the shop with a mitsu, i talk ALOT of shit to them about this haha!
