In the Beginning...
My parents bought me my GSX in Oct of 2003 while I was in high school. When I first saw it I thought it was gorgeous, but when I heard the Exhaust and Turbo BOV I was ADDICTED!!!
Here is my car when I first got it.

I was young when I first got it and wasn't the best to it. I ran it hard but it has been good to me. I have had a couple "minor" accidents in it. In 2004 I flipped the car on a back gravel road. I was devastated. But after a Talon donor and $4500 to a body shop, we got it all fixed up. My brother-in-law worked for IMCO performance exhaust and he got them to put on a custom cat-back system. I did small things like a Power Acoutik 12 and some neons under the seats. In 2005 I put the car sideways through a barb wire fence at about 90 mph and took out about 5 wooden fence post. This time repairs took longer, I replaced the front fender, headlights and that's about it.
A few Mods I did...

In 2006 I joined the US Navy. And with that I had to place my car in storage in my grandfather's garage. Luckily my dad kept a good eye on it and made sure to start it up now and then. I was stationed in Sigonella Air Station, Italy for 2 years. After that I picked orders on the USS Defender (MCM-2), a Mine Sweeper home ported in Ingleside, Texas which is only 3 hours from home. My thinking was I would be close to family and might be able to get my car running again. The Navy then told us we are going to be stationed in San Diego, Ca and then it was Sasebo, Japan. No San Diego, then Japan. It went back in forth for 6 months. When it was all said and done we ended up stationed in Sasebo, Japan. They moved us out there and wouldn't allow our family to move out with us for a year. After my 3 years in Japan I finished my Service time and received my Honorable Discharge.
I now live in West Columbia, Texas with my Wife. We are going to be building our house here. I work as an IT Analyst at Brazosport Regional Health System. I finally get to start the long process of restoring my GSX. So I found some time to finally go see my car after all this time.
Well it isn't pretty... Here is how she sits now.
