190 lph fuel pump q'

I recently ordered a muffler and I'm having the piping made 2.5" cat back at a local muffler shop.My next mod will be a 190 lph fuel pump.What I would like to know is can i run a stock fpr with this pump or do i need an afpr?

I just put in a 3000 gt VR4 fuel pump and it is great. It does not require a fuel pressure regulator. If you stick with a 190 you don't need one, but if you decide to go to a 250 then you absolutely need a FPR.
