You wouldn't need to recalibrate anything if you got the proper profile tires. The overall diameter of your wheel/tire doesn't change, just the proportion of tire to wheel. If you got 40's or 45's on a 205 to 225 tire you will be fine, your speedo may be off a mph or so.
 
Its not the rims you worry about its the overall wheel/tire diameter. I'm running 235/40/18 and thee are same hight as the OEM(215/55/16)..If you get 225/40/18 the speedo will read little fast(1%)..not too worry about it.
 
Yeah, I don't see why it would matter, but I could be wrong. I just recently bought some 17x7 ADR SZ1 Gunmetal rims wrapped with Hankook 205/40 tires which was a big step from my stock truck tires on the RS. I didn't really have to calibrate anything though.
